This Privacy Policy applies to the Sketch Reminder mobile application and related services operated by Yiqi Beauty Clinic Inc. (the “Service Provider”).

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal use, and registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted solely to establish network connectivity; this data is not retained or used for tracking.

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Because the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, no such information is shared with third parties.

Data Retention

Personal information is not retained by the Application during normal use. If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider and provide information outside the Application, that information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain required business records.

Data Deletion

You may uninstall the Application to remove its locally stored app data from your device. If you have voluntarily provided information to the Service Provider through email or another direct channel, you may request deletion of that information by contacting jolyemily384@gmail.com, subject to any records the Service Provider must retain by law.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, exposure risk is limited. No system is completely secure, however, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it holds.

If a security incident involves information you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.
